1. Customer sends me an enquiry as to the assignment required and the desired deadline and other instructions.
2. I send a reply as to my availability and a quote (free of charge).
3. Customer places an order.
4. I complete the assignment and deliver the product with queries and comments if any.
5a. Customer accepts the product as-is.
5b. Customer checks the queries and comments and if Customer provides feedback within 6 days, I will make corrections free of charge.

❖ Preferred method of payment is bank transfer, but payment by PayPal is accepted.
